Fandom Management is owned and run by industry veteran Tim Byrne and relative newcomer Kyle Burgess.
Tim Byrne has 30 years experience in the music and TV industries including a ten year stint as the Creative Director of Simon Cowell’s company Syco Entertainment at Sony Music. Tim worked closely alongside Simon Cowell in the creation and launch of One Direction and Fifth Harmony. He also creatively oversaw all of the artists on Syco Music including the Grammy nominated Leona Lewis, Susan Boyle, iL Divo, Westlife and Emblem 3. He also creatively oversaw the global TV franchises Got Talent and The X Factor. He also ran a very successful UK management company in the 1990’s including the artists Steps, a1, Mark Owen and Dane Bowers. He started out as a TV Producer working for the BBC, Channel 4 and ITV.

Kyle Burgess has always had a passion and talent for discovering and nurturing new music artists. In his late teens he launched his own website “Uneeqability” to promote unsigned talent and as an entrepreneur he staged live events and sold his own range of merchandise. He was invited to join Simon Cowell’s “Syco Entertainment” and worked on both the music side of the company and also the TV side, on shows like Fox’s “The X Factor”, NBC’s “America’s Got Talent” and Univision’s “La Banda”. He also helped develop reality TV formats. After a three year stint at Syco, Kyle joined forces with Tim Byrne to set up their own group of management companies Fandom Management, Uneeqability, The House, Dot SE and BNA.
